Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Trakr app and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Accounts and Workspaces

• Registration: You must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Workspace Responsibility: As a Workspace Owner, you are responsible for the content shared and the activities of members you invite.
• Prohibited Use: You may not use Trakr to share illegal content, malware, or content that violates intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to suspend accounts found sharing malicious files.

3. Subscription and Payments

• Billing: Premium features (e.g., Business Workspaces) are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
• Downgrades: If you downgrade your plan, you may lose access to premium features immediately or at the end of the billing cycle.

4. Intellectual Property

The Trakr app, source code, logos (including the FileFuse Technologies brand), and design are owned by FileFuse Technologies and are protected by copyright laws.

Your Content: You retain all rights to the files you upload. You grant us a limited license to host and display these files solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FileFuse Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or profits, resulting from your use of the Service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your Trakr Premium subscription at any time via the “Billing” section in your Workspace Settings.

• Effect of Cancellation: Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Afterward, your account will revert to the Free Plan.
• Data Retention: Upon reverting to a Free Plan, data exceeding the free limits (e.g., older audit logs) may be archived or deleted after 30 days.

2. Refund Policy

As Trakr is a digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product, we generally do not offer refunds for partial months or unused service.

• 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with our Business Plan, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.
• How to Request: Email care@filefuse.tech with your Transaction ID and reason for the request.

3. Billing Disputes

If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us immediately. We will review the transaction and, if an error is found, issue a refund or credit to your account.
